I start with what you actually do, who you are selling to, and why people pick you over the place down the road — then design around that. It takes longer than pulling something off a shelf, and it is the only way to end up with a site that looks like your business and nobody else's.

Five steps, start to live.

    You tell me what your business does, who it is for, and what you need the site to bring in. A conversation, not a questionnaire.

  2. I design it around you

    Not a layout with your logo dropped into it. A site drawn for your business, your work and the people you want walking through the door.

  3. You see it before anyone else

    You get the real thing to look at, privately. Tell me what to change and I change it. Nothing goes public until you are happy with it.

  4. It goes live

    Set up properly, working on every screen, ready for people to find you.

  5. You keep it current

    Change your words, swap your photos, add what you need — whenever you like, without waiting on me or paying for the privilege.

Cynffon is an AI front office for tradespeople. It picks up enquiries, asks the right questions and turns the answers into quotes — so the admin stops piling up for nine o'clock at night.

I designed it and built it myself, start to finish. It is here because it is the plainest proof I can offer: something real, live, and made from nothing for one specific job. The same thinking goes into every site I take on.
